We build the software your business runs on
Web platforms, mobile apps, commerce, cloud infrastructure and security — designed and engineered by a small senior team in London. You own everything we build, and you can change it without us.
- You own everything
- A named senior engineer
- Weekly demos on real staging
A representative engagement. The first call is a conversation, not a pitch.

What we do
Eight services, one team, no hand-offs
Most projects need more than one of these. We deliver all eight in-house, so nothing falls between two vendors and nobody points at anybody else when something breaks.
How we work
Six steps, and you always know which one we are on
No black box. You see working software every two weeks and a written record of every decision, so a change of direction is a normal conversation rather than a crisis.
- 0130 minutes
Discovery call
You describe the problem and the constraint. We ask about your users, your deadline, what you have already tried, and what has to be true for this to be worth doing. You get a straight read on whether we are the right fit — including when the answer is no.
You get: A written summary of what you told us, sent back within a day.
- 023–5 working days
Technical scoping
We go through your existing systems, constraints and integration points, then write a scoped proposal: what we would build, what we would explicitly not build, the assumptions we are making, and a fixed or per-sprint price.
You get: A written proposal with a deliverables list you can hold us to.
- 031–2 weeks
Design and architecture
Architecture decision records, data model, and — for anything with a UI — an interactive prototype you click through before a line of production code is written. We agree on how the system should behave before we agree on how it looks.
You get: Architecture record, data model, and a clickable prototype.
- 04Two-week sprints
Build in sprints
Working software on real staging at the end of every sprint, with a demo, a burn-up chart, and a running list of decisions we made and why. You can change direction between sprints without it becoming a crisis.
You get: A staging URL that moves forward every two weeks.
- 051 week
Launch
Staging promoted to production behind a reversible switch, with monitoring, alerting and error tracking live before traffic arrives. We run the launch with you rather than handing you a deploy at 5pm on a Friday.
You get: Production release, monitoring live, and a rollback plan.
- 0630 days included
Handover and support
Repository, infrastructure, domains and third-party accounts transferred to your name. A recorded walkthrough, a written runbook, and 30 days of fixes included. After that, a retainer if you want one — but nothing obliges you to.
You get: Full ownership, documentation, and 30 days of support.
Why clients stay
The commitments we are willing to be held to
Not outcomes we cannot promise, and not numbers we cannot evidence. These are the things any client can hold us to during the engagement.
You own everything from commit one
Repository, cloud accounts, domains and third-party services are opened in your name at the first commit. No licence to negotiate later, nothing to unwind if we part ways.
A named senior engineer, not a rota
One accountable lead runs your project end to end. You get their calendar, their direct line and a written report every week.
Working software every two weeks
Each sprint ends with a demo on real staging. If a sprint ends with a slide deck instead of something running, we have not finished it.
We will talk you out of it
If the right answer is a small fix rather than a rebuild, or that you do not need to build at all, you will hear that on the first call.
30 days of support after launch
Included in every engagement, not sold as an extra. Fixes, not invoices, for the first month after go-live.
NDA before the first call
We sign yours or send ours, usually back within the hour. Nothing commercially sensitive needs to wait for paperwork.

Why Quorix
The things clients tell us mattered most
Not vanity metrics. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to on every engagement, and the reasons people come back.
You own everything from day one
Repository, cloud accounts, domains and third-party services are opened in your name at the first commit. There is no licence to negotiate later and nothing to unwind if we part ways.
A named senior engineer, not a rota
One accountable lead runs your project from scoping to launch. You get their calendar, their direct line and their weekly report — not a shared support inbox.
Working software every two weeks
Every sprint ends with a demo on real staging. If a sprint ends with a slide deck instead of working software, we have not finished the sprint.
Written decisions, kept as you go
Architecture decisions, trade-offs and scope changes are written down with reasoning as we work. No archaeology, no relying on anyone's memory a year later.
We will talk you out of it
If the right answer is a small fix rather than a rebuild, or that you do not need to build at all, we will say so on the first call. It is the cheapest work we ever do.
Security and compliance treated as build work
OWASP-aligned review, GDPR technical measures and ISO 27001 / Cyber Essentials readiness are handled by engineers, not deferred to a checklist at the end.
Engagement models
Three ways to work with us, priced before we start
Publishing how we charge is deliberate. It saves everyone a fortnight and filters out engagements that were never going to work.
Discovery sprint
You are not sure what to build, or you need a plan before committing budget.
- Typical length
- 2 weeks
- Pricing
- Fixed, quoted up front
- Stakeholder interviews and a technical audit of what you have
- A working prototype of the riskiest part of the product
- A costed roadmap with a recommended sequence
- A written recommendation, including whether to build, buy or not proceed
Build
You know what you want and you want a team to build it.
- Typical length
- Two-week sprints
- Pricing
- Per sprint, fixed price per sprint
- A named senior engineer and a small team around them
- A demo and a written report at the end of every sprint
- Continuous deployment to staging, production on your release cadence
- All code, infrastructure and accounts in your name from day one
Embedded team
You need capacity alongside your existing in-house team.
- Typical length
- 3 months minimum, rolling
- Pricing
- Monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice
- Dedicated engineers working in your Slack and your ceremonies
- Your processes, your tooling, your standards
- Knowledge transfer so you are not dependent on us
- Monthly cost and capacity review
We quote per project rather than publishing a rate card, because a number given before we have seen the work is a guess. Small, contained jobs start from £1,000 — a basic setup, a bug fix, or a build repair. Every proposal states a fixed price for a defined scope before you commit to anything.
Selected work
Case studies, once we have permission to publish them
We would rather show you nothing than show you something we cannot evidence. Detailed project write-ups land here as soon as the clients in question sign off.
What we can show you on a call
Live staging environments, architecture diagrams, sprint backlogs and, where a client allows it, a walkthrough of the system they paid for. On a discovery call we can usually get you in front of something real within the first twenty minutes.
Why there is nothing here yet
We ask every client for written permission before naming them, and we only publish metrics we can evidence and show our methodology for. That takes longer than publishing a stock photo, and it is the right trade.
Sectors
We work in sectors where the boring parts are the hard part
The previous version of this site named no industries at all, which is how service buyers actually search. If your sector is not here, ask anyway.
01
E-commerce & retail
Catalogue complexity, stock accuracy, checkout conversion.
02
Professional services
Intake, quoting, client portals, document-heavy workflows.
03
Healthcare
Patient-facing apps, booking, data protection, clinical integrations.
04
Financial services
Compliance, audit trails, secure integrations, reporting.
05
Logistics & field services
Offline capture, routing, live tracking, job management.
06
Public sector & non-profit
Accessibility obligations, procurement, constrained budgets.

Three numbers, all answered by us. Call any of them, or message on WhatsApp if that is easier — whichever reaches you first, you get the same person.
AI assistants
Ask an assistant about us
We do not link to profiles we have not created.
You can ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or DeepSeek about Quorix Digital. Worth knowing how that works before you do: these links open the platform's home page, and you would be starting a new conversation with the assistant — not with one of us. What it tells you is generated from whatever it can find, so treat it as a starting point rather than a source. For anything that matters, call or message a person.
Questions
The things people ask before the first call
If your question is not here, put it in the form. We would rather answer it now than on a sales call.
We quote per project, because a number published before we have seen the work is a guess dressed up as a quote. Once we understand the scope we give you a fixed price for a defined piece of work, or a fixed price per two-week sprint while we are building, and that number does not move afterwards. Small jobs start from £1,000 — see the bug fixes and code rescue service for what that entry point covers.
Yes — £1,000, which covers a small, well-defined piece of work: a basic setup, a contained bug fix, a build repair, or a short diagnostic. Anything below that is not worth either of our time, and pretending otherwise gets you a rushed job. Larger work is quoted on scope, not on a rate card.
Usually within two to three weeks of a signed proposal. Bug fixes and code rescue are faster, because they do not need a full discovery phase — often a few days once we can see the problem. If your timeline is tighter than that, say so on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it or whether we are the wrong fit.
It depends entirely on what the work is and how many people it needs, so we quote it rather than publishing a rate. You will get a fixed monthly figure for an embedded team in the proposal, agreed before we start, and it is the same figure every month.
The people you meet on the call. Quorix is a small senior team — we do not run a junior delivery arm and we do not subcontract your project out. You get a named lead engineer, their calendar and their direct line for the whole engagement.
You find out immediately, because you have seen every sprint demo and read the weekly written report. We would rather pause and re-scope than burn a budget quietly. If we are the problem, the contract says you can walk away.
Routinely, and before the first substantive conversation if you prefer. We are happy to sign yours or send ours — usually back within the hour.
Yes, and we prefer it where we can. We pair with your engineers, follow your standards, and write the documentation as we go so nothing depends on a single vendor's memory.
We are based in the UK, and work with clients across it. Some of our best projects have been fully remote, with regular on-site visits at the points where a whiteboard is genuinely faster than a video call.
For a first conversation, nothing. For a proposal we need whoever owns the outcome, roughly two hours of access to a decision-maker, and read access to any existing system that matters. That is it.
Mostly decisions rather than documents. A clear sense of the problem, the constraint you are working under, and someone empowered to say yes or no quickly. We can work from that.
