Based in the UK, registered in England and Wales
Quorix Digital is a UK company serving UK clients. We are based in London, we are on site in Greater London when a meeting needs a room, and we work to UK business hours. This is the one market where we can physically show up.

UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
UK data protection law applies to us as a UK data controller and to the personal data your customers give us to process on your behalf. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
In practical terms this means a data processing agreement as standard, a documented data map rather than just a privacy page, and technical measures that match what the policy claims. If a breach is likely to result in risk to people's rights, we notify you without undue delay so you can meet your own 72-hour obligation to the ICO.
- Data processing agreement signed as standard, not as an upsell
- Documented data map: what we hold, where it lives, who can reach it
- Records of processing, retention periods set deliberately rather than by default
- Sub-processor list provided in advance, with notice before we add one
Companies House, VAT and contracts
We are Quorix Digital Ltd, a UK limited company. Our incorporation can be checked at Companies House by anyone, in about ten seconds, which is worth more to a client than any claim we could make about ourselves.
We invoice in sterling, VAT is charged at the UK standard rate where applicable, and contracts are governed by the law and jurisdiction you would expect for a UK supplier. IP passes to you on payment, in writing, at project level rather than buried in terms.
- Company number verifiable at Companies House - we will give you ours
- Sterling invoicing, UK VAT where applicable
- English law and jurisdiction, or yours if you would rather
- IP assignment on payment, stated explicitly in the contract
WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as the working target on every project and test with a keyboard rather than asserting conformance. The European Accessibility Act has applied to a broad range of consumer-facing digital services in the UK since June 2025, which has made this a procurement question rather than a nice-to-have for most of our clients.

Questions
Working with us from United Kingdom
Yes. We are in London and can be at a London client the same day for discovery workshops, architecture sessions and go-live support. Day-to-day sprint work, code review and deployment happen remotely, which is quicker for both of us. We are explicit about which is which before we start.
Where VAT applies we charge it at the UK standard rate and it should appear on your invoice. If your business is VAT-registered outside the UK and can supply a valid VAT number, we will zero-rate where the rules allow it - tell us your number and we will set it up before the first invoice rather than crediting afterwards.
Yes, and you should. A UK limited company's registration number is public at Companies House and takes about ten seconds to verify. We will send it during scoping. If a supplier cannot produce a registration number, that is a reasonable question to ask them.
