Order & Fulfilment Platform

The problem

A fulfilment house serving many clients juggles hundreds of orders, each with its own products, install requirements, shipping and deadlines. Run on spreadsheets and email, the status of any given order lives in someone's head; the business needed a single system where a client, an account manager and the warehouse all see the same order move from request to delivered.

How we built it

We built it component-first: a design system of tables, badges, filters and role-aware navigation, assembled into three surfaces — a customer view, a manager view and an admin back office — over one order model. The core is a dense, filterable orders table that carries each order's products, ship-to, freight cost, tracking number and a status that moves through pending, submitted, label-created, in-transit and delivered. Bulk actions, saved filters and inventory and installation workflows sit on top so the warehouse can work at the pace the floor actually moves.
